An Important Update Regarding Our Membership & Digital Resources

Hi everyone,

I am writing to share a sudden, major change for our community. We will be officially closing our digital membership platform on October 27th, 2026.

I want to be completely transparent with you about why this is happening. Recently, IXL announced a severe new policy shift on Teachers Pay Teachers, forcing top-tier creators into a strict exclusivity contract. Under these new terms, if I want to keep the marketplace store I have spent over a decade building, I am legally banned from offering my resource files on any independent website or paywalled membership platform outside TPT.

As an independent business owner, this puts me in an impossible position. TPT currently drives 90% of my business traffic. Accepting their lower, non-exclusive penalty tier would completely destroy my search rankings and cripple my primary livelihood.

Because IXL’s corporate policy makes it a direct contract violation for me to run this membership site alongside my TPT storefront, I have to make the hard choice to protect my core business and close this platform.

What this means for you right now:

• Monthly Members: Your account auto-renewal has been turned off. You will have full access to the library until your current billing cycle ends, and the site will close on October 27th, 2026.

• Annual Members: You will receive a full refund for the entire annual fee, which will be processed over the next 7-10 business days. Your access will remain open until our closing date.

Action Step: Please log in over the next few weeks to download and save any resource files you need for your classroom!

While I am incredibly frustrated by IXL's overreach, this isn't the end of our brand. Because their exclusivity ban only applies to digital files, I am pivoting my energy into creating professionally bound, physical art workbooks and escape room activity books that will launch directly on Amazon.

Thank you all for being part of this journey and supporting an independent educator. Keep an eye on your inbox, as I can't wait to share our upcoming physical collection with you soon.

With gratitude,

Sabrina
